Think Point is a co-working and study space located in Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. We operate the website thinkpoint.lk and the online booking system accessible through it. When we say "Think Point", "we", "us", or "our", we mean the team that runs this space and website.

2. Information We Collect

When you make a booking or submit a plan request, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address (if provided)
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number (if provided)
  • The details of your booking (space, date, time, membership code if applicable)
  • Any notes you add to your booking

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payments are handled directly at Think Point or via agreed arrangements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Confirm and manage your booking or plan request
  • Contact you about your booking (confirmation, cancellation, or changes)
  • Manage membership codes and track remaining hours for flex plans
  • Send administrative emails related to your use of Think Point

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your booking and contact information is stored in a Google Sheets database hosted on Google's infrastructure. Emails are sent via Google's MailApp service. Both are subject to Google's own security practices and data protection standards.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare may log basic request metadata (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes in accordance with their own privacy policy.

5. Who Has Access

Access to your booking data is restricted to Think Point staff only. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for any commercial purpose. Your data will not be disclosed to any external organisation without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal or operational requirements)
